The problem is simpler - and harder to face:
You’ve been taught to suppress your anger.
And without anger, your boundaries have no weight.
This course is not about becoming an “angry person.”
It’s about:
accessing the part of you that knows when something isn’t right
feeling it in your body instead of overriding it
and using it to set clear, grounded boundaries — without exploding or shutting down
