Meet your Guide
Ashley is the ERA EMOTIONAL RELEASE Academy Founder, Master Anger Practitioner, Teacher and Human…. Her journey into psychosomatics involved traversing in the depths the Underworld; learning to alchemise the deepest of human and physical pains. Returning as a fierce torchbearer of owning your emotions, facing your shadow, and from that finding the light. Ashley is direct, unabashed, but open hearted. She is here for guiding women into finding their their truth, especially through meeting their ANGER & alchemising it into lasting change, personally AND communally.

A Contained Space. You will be held by a fully trained team of women in the areas on the right.
This is not uncontrolled catharsis. It is structured activation within safe relational boundaries.
Participation is conditional upon intake approval to ensure safety for all. All exercises within the retreat are optional, and adaptable for particular needs.

Experienced in authentically allowing the energy of anger to build up, to gather momentum, to not be forced but rather given permission.

The entire team is train Emotional Release & Bodywork - I intentionally only have women in my team fully in integrity with their emotions, working with clients and able to hold ANY emotion that arises in the group.

We are a non-patriarchal retreat. No one will force you to do anything. You will be invited and given permission but the choice and responsibility always remains with you. The team are trained to accommodate special needs or requirements.

Women gathering in counsel requires an open and honest space. A sharing of Rite of Passage, life experiences, navigating inner challenges. The team all work as facilitators and coaches - supporting clients with letting the lessons land.

Yes - we do not have private rooms but we assign room shares with sensitivity.

We have a videographer present to capture the impactful moments (it might be how you found this retreat). We can discuss with the videograph for those of you not comfortable with close up shots - but being in the background of group shots we can’t avoid all up close reels are only ever posted with direct consent with the subject
